Notta Pasta Rice Fettuccine
This is our widest rice noodle, a great wheat fettuccine alternative that enhances your favorite gluten-free pasta dishes.
Waldorf Salad
Apples and cabbage create a perfect salad with ham or turkey.
6-8 servings, 12 cups
20 minutes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
5 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sal
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Salad:
1/2-16 oz box (8 oz) Notta Pasta Fettuccine
3 large apples (green, gold, and red)
Juice of 1 lemon
1-10 oz package shredded cabbage
2 stalks celery, sliced thinly
1 bunch scallions, trimmed and cut into thin rounds
1/2 cup toasted walnuts
1 cup raisins
1. | To make dressing: |
2. | Combine dressing ingredients in bowl. Mix well. |
3. | To make salad: |
4. | Boil Notta Pasta according to directions on box. Drain, rinsing quickly. |
5. | Place pasta in large bowl and toss with dressing. |
6. | Dice unpeeled apples and toss with lemon juice. |
7. | Add the apples, cabbage, celery, scallions, walnuts and raisins to pasta. Mix well, and serve. |
