Notta Pasta Rice Spaghetti
Use this rice noodle as an alternative to regular spaghetti in all of your favorite recipes.
Chimichurri Notta Pasta
This Argentinean sauce gives a superb flavor to our Notta Pasta Rice Spaghetti. If you like it hotter, make it your own by adding more crushed red pepper flakes.

Total time: 15 minutes
1 cup rough chopped parsley
1 cup rough chopped cilantro
1 bunch scallions, chopped
5 large garlic cloves, minced
1/4-1/2 teaspoon crush red pepper flakes
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Garnish: chopped tomatoes
1. | Put a large pot of salted water on to boil. |
2. | Add parsley, cilantro, scallions, garlic and red pepper flakes to a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse until chimichurri is a medium fine chop. |
3. | Add olive oil, vinegar and salt. Pulse until finely chopped but not a purée. |
4. | Boil Notta Pasta according to directions on box. Drain and rinse briefly. Add pasta to bowl with chimichurri sauce and toss. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and serve. |
