1. | To make dressing: |
2. | Combine dressing ingredients in bowl. Mix well. |
3. | To make salad: |
4. | Boil Notta Pasta according to directions on box. Drain, rinsing quickly. |
5. | Place pasta in large bowl and toss with dressing. |
6. | Dice unpeeled apples and toss with lemon juice. |
7. | Add the apples, cabbage, celery, scallions, walnuts and raisins to pasta. Mix well, and serve. |
