Piccadillo is a spiced meat dish eaten in many Spanish speaking countries.

1. | Put a large pot of salted water on to boil. |
2. | In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown turkey, onion, garlic and green pepper. |
3. | Add oregano, paprika, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, cloves and crushed red pepper. Sauté for 1 - 2 minutes until all ingredients are mixed together well. |
4. | Stir in tomatoes, raisins and vinegar. Mix very well. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
5. | Just before you are ready to serve, boil Notta Pasta according to directions on box. Drain, rinsing quickly. |
6. | Serve piccadillo on top of pasta. |
