Chimichurri Notta Pasta

This Argentinean sauce gives a superb flavor to our Notta Pasta Rice Spaghetti. If you like it hotter, make it your own by adding more crushed red pepper flakes.

Ingredients
Directions
1. Put a large pot of salted water on to boil.
2. Add parsley, cilantro, scallions, garlic and red pepper flakes to a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse until chimichurri is a medium fine chop.
3. Add olive oil, vinegar and salt. Pulse until finely chopped but not a purée.
4. Boil Notta Pasta according to directions on box. Drain and rinse briefly. Add pasta to bowl with chimichurri sauce and toss. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and serve.
