This easy Italian dish gets a gluten free upgrade with Notta Pasta Spaghetti. It's full of flavor and oh, so easy!

1. | Bring a large pot of salted water to a rapid boil. |
2. | Pour oil into large skillet. Add garlic and cook on medium heat. Shaking skillet, while garlic is cooking, add red pepper flakes. |
3. | Cook Notta Pasta according to directions on box. Time carefully. |
4. | Meanwhile, when garlic turns golden (not brown), remove skillet from heat and pour 1/3 cup pasta water into oil mixture. Mix well. |
5. | Drain pasta and pour directly into skillet. |
6. | Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, parsley and lemon juice. Toss well and top with remaining cheese. Serve immediately. |
